THE VISION

The vision was received on Sunday 20th of November, 1994, by Evangelist (Mrs.) Lillian Bademosi, the president of the ministry. Together with her husband late Dr. Yele Bademosi and a few brethren, they sought the face of God for direction. To the glory of God and with the full support of her husband, the work began on the 21st of June, 1995.
The initial missions team was made of mission-minded brethren from different
denominational backgrounds. God divinely directed the team to Oke-Ogbo village in Ile- Ife, Osun State, Nigeria. A year later on the 22nd of June, 1996 the ministry was formally inaugurated and the president was also ordained by Rev. (Dr.) Mike Oye, the Chairman Board of Trustees and Rev. (Dr.) U. Obed, the Founder of Glory Tabernacle, Bodija,
Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.

OUR MISSION

-To reach the unreached in Nigeria and other nations of the world with the total
gospel of Jesus Christ.

-To work with related ministries, missionaries and organisations to achieve this.
-To visit, encourage and support them prayerfully, materially and financially.

-To inform men and women and encourage them God-given talents and resources
to advance the kingdom of God.

-To support believers and others in need as God gives direction and grace.

OUR STRATEGIES

EVANGELISM– Through Personal and Mass Evangelism (a)Person-person
(b)house-house (c)friendship (d)open air crusade (e)drama and music ministration etc.

MEDICAL MISSION– We carry out free medical outreaches where we minister to the spiritual and medical needs of the people.

EDUCATIONAL MISSIONS– The objective is to win and assist indigent young men and women actualize their educational dreams as well as groom Christian youths not only to stand firm in the faith as ambassadors of Christ but also influence their generation with the gospel message.

SAMARITAN OUTREACH-Distribution of items like clothes, shoes, bags, food
items, toiletries etc; to the needy. These items are usually donated to the
ministry by our partners.

Who We Are

The Well of Salvation Ministries is an indigenous non-denominational organisation established to sensitise, mobilize and give support to born again, spirit-filled Christians who have a calling for missionary activities within and outside Nigeria and whose primary concern is to reach the rural areas in particular and urban areas of Nigeria and other parts of the world with the total gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

God delivered one of our members, Sis Grace John (Elder John Igwe’s daughter) from ritualists. Sis Grace took an okada (motor cycle) around 6am at Ilode to Oke-Ogbo but found herself in a forest at an unknown area. The ritualists had her hair shaven for ritual purposes but could not use her hair for their rituals, so they ordered that she be returned to where they picked her from. Eventually, they dropped her in a forest along Ife- wara road at about 2am.

Thank God for this mighty deliverance.
