- Introduction
Well Of Salvation Global Ministries is a Christian mission agency committed to the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18–20). We exist to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ among rural dwellers and unreached people groups, plant Bible-believing churches, disciple believers, and raise indigenous leaders for sustainable kingdom impact.
By God’s grace, we have planted churches and carried out missionary labours in Nigeria, Eleta interior of Ibadan ,and other villages in Oyo State, Oke‑Ogbo and Odo Aba in Ile- Ife, Osun State, Ajabiote in Kogi State , Bakassi Peninsular in Akwa Ibom, now in Cameroun. We have sent missionaries to labour among the unreached people groups in The Gambia, Senegal, Guinea‑Bissau, Guinea Conakry, Republic of Benin, Togo, Ghana, Malaysia, and Malawi (including Manyowe, Nsanje, and surrounding villages).
THE BEGINNING
It began with the call of Lillian, through seven months of fasting, praying, seeking the face of God, reading and listening to teachings on missions and finally ending with a volt-jolting dream where she saw herself in her former secondary school at Ile Ife with a deep cry in her soul to go there and find out what the Lord would have her do for showing her the dream. On getting to the secondary school, the Lord led her to the school principal who happened to be her Literature teacher in that school more than twenty years earlier. Lillian shared her dream and the principal narrated how she had been praying for several years for missions helper in a village at Ile Ife to whom she could entrust the work she was doing as she was getting old and needed a successor. Lillian stared in unbelief at her former teacher who equally gazed in unbelief at Lillian and Brother Greg Alabi who came with her.

THE BOLD STEP
The finger of God in answer to months of agonized prayers was seen so obviously in this unforgettable encounter. Without further ado, they all bundled themselves inside the car and the principal led them to this village called Oke-Ogbo at Ile Ife which ultimately became their first mission field and a church was started there after two years of mission efforts and outreaches. That church is standing till today. Restless and hungry for more of God in earnest soul winning, Lillian in her own words was “unstoppable’. Crusades, Samaritan outreaches and soul winning campaigns followed one another in quick succession. She and her indomitable team of missionaries and associates have travelled far and near within and outside Nigeria and even beyond Africa holding missions conferences and outreaches, planting churches amongst unreached peoples and places in many nations to the glory of God.

(Romans 15:20; Mark 16:15) - Church Planting: To establish self-supporting, self-governing, and self-propagating local churches rooted in sound biblical doctrine. (Acts 14:21–23; Titus 1:5)
- Discipleship: To ground believers in the Word of God, prayer, holy living, and Christian service.
(Matthew 28:20; Colossians 1:28) - Leadership Development: To identify, train, and mentor indigenous pastors, evangelists, and missionaries for long-term kingdom impact. (2 Timothy 2:2; Ephesians 4:11–12)

- Partnership and Unity: To work in unity with like-minded, missionaries, churches and mission organizations for effective and accountable world evangelization. (Philippians 1:5; Ecclesiastes 4:9–12)
3. Our Statement of Faith (Doctrine);
We affirm the following core biblical doctrines, which guide our teaching, missions, church planting, and partnerships:
3.1 The Holy Scriptures
We believe that the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final authority in all matters of faith, doctrine, conduct, and Christian living. (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21; Psalm 119:105)
3.2 The One True God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ), and God the Holy Spirit. These three are one in essence, equal in power and glory. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14)
3.3 God the Father
We believe God the Father is the Creator of heaven and earth, sovereign over all creation, loving, holy, just, and faithful. He desires that all people be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth. (Genesis 1:1; Psalm 103:19; John 3:16; 1 Timothy 2:3–4)
3.4 Jesus Christ, the Son of God
We believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. He lived a sinless life, performed mighty works, was crucified for the sins of humanity, died, was buried, and rose bodily from the dead on the third day. He ascended into heaven and will return again in glory. (Isaiah 9:6; Matthew 1:18–25; John 1:1–14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:9–11)
3.5 The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit as a divine Person who convicts the world of sin, regenerates the believer, indwells, sanctifies, empowers, and equips believers for holy living and effective service. We believe in the present work of the Holy Spirit and the distribution of spiritual gifts for the edification of the Church and the advancement of the Gospel. (John 14:16–17; John 16:8–13; Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11)
3.6 Humanity and Sin
We believe that humanity was created in the image and likeness of God but fell into sin through disobedience. As a result, all people are separated from God and are in need of salvation. Humanity is unable to save itself apart from God’s grace.
(Genesis 1:26–27; Genesis 3:1–19; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12)
3.7 Salvation
We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone. Salvation is not by human works but by repentance from sin and personal faith in the finished work of Christ on the cross. Those who believe are justified, regenerated, and adopted into God’s family. (Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 5:1; John 1:12; Acts 4:12)
3.8 The Church
We believe the Church is the Body of Christ, made up of all believers worldwide. The local church exists for worship, teaching of the Word, fellowship, discipleship, evangelism, and missions. We believe in planting Bible-believing, self-supporting, self-governing, and self-propagating churches, especially among rural and unreached communities.
(Matthew 16:18; Acts 2:42–47; Ephesians 4:11–16)
3.9 The Ordinances
We believe in the two ordinances instituted by the Lord Jesus Christ: Baptism by immersion for believers as a public testimony of faith. The Lord’s Supper (Communion) as a remembrance of Christ’s sacrifice. (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:3–4; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26)
3.10 Christian Living and Holiness
We believe believers are called to live holy, obedient, and fruitful lives that glorify God. Christians should demonstrate love, integrity, humility, righteousness, and compassion, guided by the Holy Spirit. (Romans 12:1–2; Galatians 5:22–23; 1 Peter 1:15–16)
3.11 Missions and Evangelism
We believe missions and evangelism are central to God’s purpose for the Church. We are committed to taking the Gospel to the unreached people groups, and nations of the world through preaching, discipleship, church planting, leadership training, and practical compassion. (Matthew 28:18–20; Romans 10:13–15; Acts 13:2–3)
3.12 The Second Coming and Eternal Destiny.
We believe in the bodily return of Jesus Christ. We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the final judgment, eternal life for the redeemed, and eternal separation from God for those who reject salvation through Christ. (John 14:1–3; 1 Thess. 4:16–17; Rev 20:11–15)
