Honour, praise and adoration to God Almighty whose boundless love and mercies have kept us strong thus far despite the several attempts made by the adversary to discourage us, sift us, truncate God's plan for us or to take our lives. Indeed, we are a more privileged generation. Privileged to be alive, to know Him and to also be entrusted with the task of labouring ceaselessly for the expansion of His Kingdom. I am delighted that God has found us worthy of being entrusted with this holy service not because we are the most competent or committed, but by His grace and mercy. Hallelujah.
Kindly permit me to express my profound gratitude to you once again for your tireless supports in praying, giving and going with us for the Master. Specifically, I will like to thank you for joining us in inaugurating the Elect Ladies' Fellowship and the Elect Support Group (ELF/ESG) an Outreach to widows and single mothers on the 6th of March,2012. So far, we have met severally to fellowship, provide care for and to strengthen one another. The various committees of the Elect Support Group have worked relentlessly in praying, visiting, counseling, donation food items and clothes, offering legal assistance at no cost and giving financial assistance to the needy. As a matter of fact, ten of these women have been financially empowered through our interest-free loan scheme to start small-scale businesses. This has encouraged and also boosted their self esteem. Equally too, seven Elect Ladies have been offered employment in Juniors/Christ Ambassadors International Schools. We give all the glory. Thank you for putting smiles on the faces of these women. Rest assured that your sacrifices and labours of love have all risen as sweet smell before the Lord.
In the same vein, I will like to thank you for believing God with us to start the HOPE AND RESTORATION weekly TV programme on NTA Ibadan. To the glory of God, we have been on air since October last year. So many testimonies have poured in from people who have been saved, blessed and those whose homes or marriages have been restored by God through the telecast. You are indeed a great bundle of encouragement. You are the reason we are always propelled to go the more for our Lord and Saviour. I am convinced beyond doubt that you will be richly rewarded here on earth and in God's coming kingdom. Amen.
Vol. 2 March, 2013
Our missionaries are labouring round the clock over the converts to see that they are firmly established in the faith through various discipleship and leadership training programmes. Eleta Church Building which was opposed by seen and unseen forces has been completed and was dedicated on the 17th of Feburary 2013 and worship has begun in the church. Also the church building project (flooring and plastering) in Odo Aba, Osun State has been commissioned. All these confirm the Words of the Master that the gates of hell shall not prevail against His church. Indeed, God is awesome. Our bones are made fat daily, Prov. 15:30.
The Lord has laid it on our hearts to strengthen our frontiers this year. This therefore necessitates our trip to The Gambia to encourage and contribute to the work already going on through the effort of our missionaries in that nation. Security and financial challenges around us notwithstanding, we have chosen to be focused on Him who called us.
Beloved, it has indeed been a harvest of breakthroughs as the Lord blessed our undertakings. Elect Ladies Fellowship; founded on love, care and concern for the widows and single mothers will mark its first anniversary on March 6th, 2013. A book written by Barr. Segun Olonade, a member of the Elect Support Group (ESG), in honour of my family will be presented and dedicated on that same day to commemorate the 3rd anniversary of the transition to glory of Dr Temidayo Oluyele Bademosi and the second year of the Foundation (TOB) his memory.
Praise God, it has been a success story and we sincerely believe and trust God that He shall do greater things through us in this year.
Finally, I like to remind you of our weekly intercession for world missions. You will agree with me that the importance of prayer can never be underscored if we want to make any lasting spiritual impact. So, if you are in Ibadan and available, join us every Wednesday as we seek God on the behalf of the nations at Juniors/Christ Ambassadors Int'l schools. The time is 1pm.
Our weekly radiocast HOPE & RESTORATION comes up every Sunday 2:00pm to 3:00pm on Wellsradio 89.3 FM Ibadan. Always make it a date with us as you shall be richly blessed.
It is my earnest prayer that His grace and mercy will enable us to faithfully and committedly seek God's face to enthrone His ultimate counsel for the nations of the earth.
Yours in world evangelization,
EVANG. (MRS.) LILLIAN BADEMOSI
